How it works
Slippery floors are not a mystery - they are physics. Water forms a thin film between your shoe and a polished tile, friction drops to almost zero, and you fall. Our treatment fixes that problem at the microscopic level, permanently, without changing how the floor looks or feels. One treatment can last years.
01
Our SureStep solution chemically reacts with the minerals in your tile, stone, or concrete and opens up thousands of microscopic grooves per square inch. You cannot see them. You cannot feel them with your hand. But they are absolutely there.
02
On an untreated wet floor, water gets trapped under your foot and you hydroplane - just like a car tire on a wet highway. The micro-grooves give that water a place to go. It flows away from the contact points instead of sitting under your sole.
03
With the water channeled away, the raised micro-peaks make direct contact with your shoe or bare foot. That contact creates friction. Friction stops slips. Result: a treated wet floor grips better than most untreated dry floors.
04
Same meter, same wet floor - now reading in the high 0.70s. Nearly double the legal minimum of 0.42. You watch the number change in real time. No marketing. No fluff. Just physics.
05
There is no coating to wear off, no film to peel, and no maintenance schedule to remember. The micro-tread is now part of the tile itself. It stays put through daily mopping, heavy foot traffic, and years of normal use.
